Program Fees
The fee is $1100 per participant, for the entire course (2 days).

Cancellations
A fee equal to the full cost of the program will be charged for any cancellations that occur after the final registration deadline: Oct. 22 for the class on Nov. 13-14.

Please be aware registrations are accepted on a first come first served basis. If the series you have selected is full, HOLT will notify you and give you the option to choose another set of series dates.
