Program Fees
The fee is $1000 per participant, for the two-day class.

Cancellations

Cancellation deadline dates follow:

February 25, 2008 for the March 18-19, 2008 class
May 12, 2008 for the June 4-5, 2008 class.
October 28, 2008 for the November 19-20, 2008 class

A fee equal to the full cost of the program will be charged for any cancellations that occur after the final cancellation deadline date.

Please be aware registrations are accepted on a first come first served basis. If the series you have selected is full, HOLT will notify you and give you the option to choose another set of series dates.
