Holt Learning's Coaching
Most of us have had a coach at some point in our lives - a sports coach, a business coach or a friend or family member, acting in the role of coach. Good coaches have a tremendous effect on our ability to succeed and their influence often has a lifelong impact. Coaching involves guiding, teaching, motivating and mentoring. It requires strong interpersonal and communication skills. Coaching is a skill building program for managers and supervisors on how to utilize the practice of coaching to help employees achieve greater business results and grow professionally.
Topics covered include: The Coaching Partnership, Coaching with Style, Coaching Tools, Adult-to-Adult Coaching; Coach as Listener, and The Power of Positive Reinforcement.

The program is taking place at Holt Learning Conference Center, 245 Fifth Ave., New York, NY 10016. Times are 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Continental breakfast and lunch will be served as well as an a.m. and p.m. snack.
